Evelyn Hills – Shoppers’ Dream City – with the motto “Relax while you shop”, is now under construction in Fayetteville, in Northwest Arkansas.

Located on U.S. Highway 71, Evelyn Hills has an estimated floor space of 170,00 square feet, the first regional type shopping center in this vast industrial area where poultry men still tend their flocks, cattlemen keep watch over their herds; and farmers remain with their farms.

The developers of Evelyn Hills are John D. Askew and Carl S. Ferguson. With their shopping center designer, Mary Beth Ahrend, the developers propose to provide the 130,00 regular shoppers of their [ … ] area, along with additional thousands of customers, with the most beautiful and restful shopping accommodations in the nation.

It is the expectancy of the far-thinking developers and designer that this shopping center, with the thirty convenient and attractively built business units, will draw thousands of customers daily.
